Người ta thường nói: “Tình dục là phần không thể thiếu của hôn nhân”, hay “Vợ chồng đầu giường cãi nhau, cuối giường làm hòa” nhưng những điều ấy hoàn toàn không tồn tại trong cuộc hôn nhân của tôi. Tôi kết hôn khi 32 tuổi, chồng 37 tuổi. Đến nay, chúng tôi đã sống chung 5 năm và có một bé trai 4 tuổi. Kết hôn ở độ tuổi ấy, chúng tôi coi trọng sự phù hợp hơn là tình yêu. Chỉ cần đôi bên có công việc ổn định, 2 quê không quá xa, tính cách tương đồng đôi chút, là đủ. Cái cảm giác yêu đương mãnh liệt, chúng tôi đều đã trải qua trong những mối tình trước đó rồi. Tôi không phải sống chung với bố mẹ chồng. Cuộc sống tưởng chừng bình yên và hạnh phúc nhưng rồi tôi lại vướng vào một vấn đề khó nói. Chuyện phòng the của vợ chồng tôi gần như mờ nhạt. Trong 5 năm bên nhau, tôi có thể đếm trên đầu ngón tay số lần hai vợ chồng “gần gũi”. Một tháng sau đám cưới, chúng tôi mới lần đầu động phòng và ngay lần đó, tôi đã mang bầu. Khi ấy, tôi mừng lắm. Ở tuổi 32 mà tôi thụ thai dễ dàng như vậy, quả là may mắn. Nhưng suốt thời gian mang thai cho đến khi con tròn 1 tuổi, chồng không hề chạm vào tôi. Anh nói “giữ gìn cho con”. Tôi nghe vậy thì gật đầu nhưng trong lòng thấy việc kiêng khem quá mức là không cần thiết. Tuy nhiên, tôi cũng không chủ động. Mãi đến khi con được 18 tháng, chúng tôi mới có lần gần gũi thứ hai. Và đến nay, sau 5 năm kết hôn, tổng cộng chúng tôi mới chỉ gần gũi… 4 lần. Nếu không phải là người trong cuộc, chắc tôi cũng không tin chuyện này là thật. Tôi không hiểu vì sao chồng lại hoàn toàn không có ham muốn. Ở tuổi của anh, đâu phải đã đến lúc “ăn chay” hoàn toàn. Tôi ngại chủ động vì sợ mình “mất giá” nhưng đôi lúc bức bối quá, tôi cũng ngồi xuống nói chuyện thẳng thắn với anh. Những lúc ấy, anh thường lảng tránh hoặc lấy cớ bận rộn, mệt mỏi, áp lực công việc… Tôi biết, đó chỉ là lời bao biện — rõ ràng anh không hứng thú với vợ. Tôi cũng từng tự soi lại bản thân xem có phải lỗi ở mình. Nhưng thật lòng, tôi thấy mình vẫn ổn. Ở tuổi 37, tôi vẫn giữ được vóc dáng thon gọn, gương mặt tươi tắn. Tôi chăm chỉ chạy bộ, tập yoga để cơ thể mềm mại, dẻo dai. Đồng nghiệp còn khen tôi là “gái một con trông mòn con mắt”. Tôi rất muốn cùng chồng đến phòng khám kiểm tra sức khỏe sinh lý, để cả hai có thể cải thiện đời sống tình dục, giúp hôn nhân thêm hòa hợp. Nhưng tôi lại lo sẽ chạm vào lòng tự ái của anh. Liệu tôi có nên kiên quyết cải thiện đời sống tình dục của mình, mặc kệ chồng có tự ái hay khó chịu? Le généreux donateur l’a visitée douze fois par an pendant soixante-cinq ans au total. Il s’est ainsi pris de passion pour la ville et son patrimoine. Après de longues discussions avec la mairie de Sévérac-d’Aveyron, un accord a enfin été trouvé : la commune va recevoir un legs de six millions d’euros, selon le Journal de Millau. «Sur les réseaux sociaux, il a vu les actions menées par la commune pour la restauration de son patrimoine», a indiqué le maire Edmond Gros. Selon l’accord conclu entre les deux parties, quatre millions d’euros seront versés à la ville au décès de Claude Robert. Cet argent servira à la rénovation du château et à la mise en valeur des musées municipaux. Une première partie de la donation a été réalisée en biens mobiliers, pour deux millions d’euros : peintures du XVIe au XXe siècle, meubles anciens des XVIe et XVIIIe siècles, pendules, orfèvrerie méridionale qualifiée d’unique en Occitanie par la mairie. What we don't know It is unclear how many of the pythons removed would have survived if not captured, or the exact impact of the challenge on the broader Everglades ecosystem long-term. The total population of Burmese pythons in the region also remains uncertain. The backstory Burmese pythons are a nonnative species in Florida that has been devastating native wildlife for years. Florida began offering monetary incentives to encourage residents to capture and humanely remove pythons from private lands. RALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The odds of Tropical Storm or Hurricane Erin hitting North Carolina next week are only 6%, according to historical records going back 175 years. Since 1850, which is as far back as accurate hurricane records go, there have been 51 storms that were within 50 miles of the current position of Tropical Storm Erin as of Wednesday evening. Of those 51 storms, only three made landfall in North Carolina, which is just shy of 6%. Most of the named storms over that time period stayed out to sea and did not make landfall at all in North Carolina. LATEST FORECAST: Tropical Storm Erin strengthens, could be hurricane by Friday: NHC Two of the storms stayed far enough south to make it into the Gulf. Two of the storms happened in the same month back in 1955 — Hurricane Connie and Tropical Storm Diane. Hurricane Six made landfall back in 1933, before storms were given names. CBS 17 Chief Meteorologist Wes Hohenstein calculated this information using an extensive database. “While this historical information has no bearing on the forecast for this year’s Tropical Storm Erin, it is interesting to note how hard it is for a tropical system to make it to North Carolina,” Hohenstein points out. “Most storms in Erin’s current position curve out to see and never make landfall in the United States.” The official forecast from the National Hurricane Center eventually strengthens Erin to a major, Category 3 hurricane later this weekend just north of the Caribbean. Many of the computer models turn the storm north early next week and bring it between Bermuda and the east coast of U.S., coming closest to North Carolina by next Wednesday. The historical records have no impact on this year’s forecast. The current forecast will also have to be watched for changes. While it is looking more likely the east coast will avoid a direct hit, the forecast will evolve in the coming days. Please check back for updates. DES MOINES, Iowa — The idea for Thelma’s Ice Cream Sandwiches came not from an idea to market ice cream nationwide at Costco, but rather a way to honor Grandma Thelma and her Snickerdoodle cookies. The family started delivering cookies alone, using Grandma Thelma’s Snickerdoodle cookie recipe. Then the idea came to add ice cream. “The very first year we sold 50 of them wrapped, in Saran wrap and Scotch tape at the Des Moines Farmers Market,” said Lana Lewis of Monroe, who started Thelma’s Ice Cream with her son, Dereck. “My son said, ‘I think we were on something here,’ so long story short, now we’re 13 years later across the nation.” The family had some help with the ice cream in their hometown of Monroe. Over two dozen animals are born at the 2025 Iowa State Fair “We have a good friend that owns an ice cream store in Monroe, Jersey Freese, and I know you’re all familiar with Jersey,” said Lana. “That’s where Grandma was from, and we started putting ice cream in the sandwiches.” Selling locally was going well, so the company decided to swing for the fence and do marketing on a bigger scale through Costco. It took five years for Dereck to get through all the hoops to land the Costco deal. “Today would be Grandma Thelma’s 120th birthday,” said Lewis. “She lived until she was 108, so she passed away 12 years ago, and today we’re celebrating our 120th birthday and that’s why we have the grandkids here, these will be her grandkids, Aimee, Elaine, and Jeff.” The family is experimenting with some new flavors now in their fourth year of selling at the Iowa State Fair.
