The Department of Justice is investigating whether Washington, D.C.'s police force manipulated data on the city's crime. The investigation is being run out of the office of the U.S. attorney for D.C., Jeanine Pirro, according to senior law enforcement officials. NBC News Justice Reporter Ryan Reilly and NBC News Senior White House Correspondent Garrett Haake have more details.
