MADBURY, N.H. (WPRI) — An investigation is underway after four people were found dead inside a Madbury, New Hampshire, home Monday night.

State police responded to the home on Moharimet Drive around 8:30 p.m. for a report of several people who were dead, according to the Attorney General’s Office.

Upon arrival, troopers found the bodies of two adults and two children who appeared to have been shot. They were pronounced dead at the scene.

A third child, a toddler, was also found at the scene alive and unharmed, according to the AG’s office.

The victim’s identities have not been released.

At this time, the AG’s office said detectives are investigating the incident as a potential murder-suicide. Officials say there is no threat to the public.
