SBI、東北銀行株を取得へ　約3％、資本提携10行目

　SBIホールディングス（HD）が東北銀行（盛岡市）と資本業務提携することが19日、分かった。数億円を出資し、東北銀株を3％程度取得する方向で調整している。資本業務提携する地方銀行は10行目。将来的には公的資金を完済した傘下のSBI新生銀行を中核に、各地銀との協業を進める方針だ。

　地銀への出資は2022年5月に発表した大光銀行（新潟県長岡市）以来で約3年ぶりとなる。

　SBIHDと東北銀が週内にも発表する。両社は、提携により扱う金融商品の拡充や、システムなどのIT関連投資のコスト削減を図るとみられる。（共同）
