　韓国の李在明（イ・ジェミョン）大統領が23日に来日するのを控え、警視庁は19日、東京都千代田区の警視庁本部で警備会議を開いた。各所属の幹部ら約180人が集まり、警護態勢などについて確認した。

　韓国大統領の来日は2023年以来。迫田裕治警視総監は「警備に際しては、さまざまな不法行為の発生を念頭に置く必要がある。その芽を確実に摘むためには、警視庁の総合力の発揮が必要不可欠だ」と訓示した。

　李大統領は24日まで滞在し、石破茂首相と首脳会談を行う予定。李大統領の来日に伴い、都心の一部では交通規制や検問が実施される。【木下翔太郎】
