　気象庁は19日、秋（9～11月）の3カ月予報を発表した。平均気温は全国的に平年より高い見込みで、暑さが和らぐのに時間がかかりそうだ。当面は熱中症対策が求められる。降水量は多くの地域で、ほぼ平年並みの予想となっている。

　気象庁によると、今夏（6～8月）の日本の平均気温は、過去最高になる可能性が高い。偏西風が北寄りを流れ、暖かい空気に覆われやすい状態が続き、9～10月も全国で気温が高くなる。11月に入っても、北日本は平年より高いと見込まれ、東日本も平年並みか高い見込みだ。（共同）
