高海寧（高Ling）2008年參選港姐，憑好身材備受觸目，加入TVB後被冠上「TVB咪神」稱號，不時飾演性感嫵媚角色。她曾透露早年因不甘於大眾只著眼於其身材，曾「封胸」努力擺脫性感形象。近日分享拍攝花絮，久違穿上Bra Top性感示人。

TVB元祖咪神高海寧封胸多時，近年常以貼身晚裝曬完美曲線，最新一輯硬照拍攝中，穿上Bra Top搔首弄姿，重新解放豐滿上圍令人眼前一亮，不停扭動小蠻腰拍照相當專業。高LING留言：「當下的我們就是最好的我們，懂得自己的欲求與邊界，愛自己的平凡，欣賞自己的內光點。不比較，也不急著追趕什麼，慢慢理解世界，慢慢更新自己，尊重所有聲音，但只想成為自己。」
