日本連鎖便利店Ministop（ミニストップ）多間分店被揭發在飯團和熟食偽造保存期限，總公司為事件致歉，同時下令全線過千間分店暫停出售店內製作的商品。

《讀賣新聞》8月18日報道，涉事店舖合共有23間，其中大阪府佔11間、京都府3間、東京都、埼玉、愛知、兵庫縣則各有2間，其餘1間就位於福岡縣。

報道指涉事店舖的員工在店內製作飯團和熟食後，未有即時貼上消費期間標籤，並在商品上架後貼上新的標籤。

總公司9日下令全線停止店內製作飯團和便當，並在調查後發現店內製作的炸物等熟食都有同樣不當情況，於是由18日起將禁令擴大至熟食，而在工場生產的產品則不受影響，可以繼續出售。

Ministop就事件向公眾鄭重致歉，同時已向衛生部門報告事件，目前未有任何損害健康的個案。公司表示在完成調查及提出改善方法前，全線店舖維持停止發售店內製作的相關食品。
