政府物流服務署今晚（18日）公布，由於無法信納供應港島和部分離島政府辦公室的樽裝飲用水供應商鑫鼎鑫商貿有限公司能繼續履行合約，今日已根據合約條款即時終止其合約，以及另外三張與其負責人有關聯的化學品合約。

物流署表示，鑫鼎鑫於今年6月獲物流署批出合約，由今年6月底起為港島和部分離島的政府辦公室提供樽裝飲用水。基於物流署早前取得的供應商營運資料，以及警方今日的執法行動，物流署有理由相信鑫鼎鑫未能繼續履行合約。因此署方今日決定根據合約條款即時終止相關合約，以及另外三張與其負責人有關聯的化學品合約，會繼續全力配合警方調查。

委屈臣氏暫時供應樽裝飲用水予港島和部分離島政府辦公室

物流署表示，會優化供應政府辦公室樽裝飲用水合約的招標要求，並透過公開招標揀選合適供應商為港島和部分離島政府辦公室供應樽裝飲用水。在新合約生效前，物流署已安排屈臣氏集團（香港）有限公司在本周內開始暫時為港島和部分離島政府辦公室供應樽裝飲用水。
