腸病毒｜2個月大女嬰確診　患腦膜炎　同一幼兒中心錄2宗手足口病

衞生署衞生防護中心今晚（18日）公布，一名患有自身疾病的約兩個月大女嬰，她於上周五（13日）出現發燒及昏睡，同日被帶往瑪麗醫院急症室求醫，留院治療後，昨日（17日）已康復出院。病人的腦脊液樣本經化驗後，證實對腸病毒呈陽性反應，臨床診斷為腦膜炎。

衞生防護中心初步調查顯示，病人在一間特殊幼兒中心居住，於潛伏期內沒有外遊記錄。涉事的特殊幼兒中心近日曾出現兩宗手足口病個案，涉及一名兩個月及一名六個月大的女童。她們自8月15日起出現口腔潰瘍、手腳出現皮疹及發燒。她們就醫後被診斷感染手足口病，須留院治療，現時情況穩定，沒有出現併發症。
