緬甸12月28日起分階段舉行大選

緬甸國營電視台8月18日報道，緬甸12月28日舉行首階段大選。

緬甸聯邦選舉委員會透過聲明表示，各議會的多黨制民主大選首階段於2025年12月28日星期日開始，後續階段的日期將另行公布。

國營傳媒指，共有55個政黨登記參加選舉，其中9個政黨計劃在全國範圍內競選。

2021年3月27日，緬甸內比都，透過政變推翻民選政府的緬甸軍政府領袖敏昂萊（Min Aung Hlaing）主持武裝部隊紀念日閱兵儀式。（Reuters）

緬甸2021年2月發生軍事政變，原總統溫敏（Win Myint）和原國務資政昂山素季（Aung San Suu Kyi）被軍方扣押，軍政府上場，此後外界一直關心緬甸何時會舉行大選。

緬甸較早前在7月31日宣布解除全國緊急狀態，為選舉鋪路，軍政府也宣布成立由領導人敏昂萊（Min Aung Hlaing）帶領的11人委員會，以負責選舉事宜。

敏昂萊並宣布組建新的聯邦政府，由其幕僚Nyo Saw擔任總理。
