　衆参両院で過半数割れの少数与党が政権を担い続けて1カ月近く。参院選で議席を上積みできなかった野党第1党には、与野党逆転劇の高揚はない。むしろ沈鬱なムードすら漂う。年内にも衆院解散・総選挙があるとささやかれる昨今、新しい政治勢力はさらに伸長するかもしれない。立憲民主党が態勢を立て直し、政権交代の主人公に躍り出るには、何が求められるだろう。
