LA resident Brian Gavidia voted for Donald Trump in the 2024 election. Now, he regrets his vote after he was detained by ICE agents despite being an American citizen. And although he was eventually released, they have not returned his ID to him. Gavidia is now part of an ACLU lawsuit against the Trump administration's enforcement tactics. "The Weekend: Primetime" speaks with Gavidia on his harrowing experience.
