韓媒：美國國際貿易委員會初步裁定　京東方侵犯三星顯示器機密

美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）據報7月已做出初步裁決，認定中國面板廠京東方（BOE）侵犯韓國三星顯示器公司（Samsung Display）的商業機密。韓媒稱，美國貿易監管機構已對京東方的有機發光二極管 (OLED) 面板，實施近15年的進口禁令。

韓聯社報道，三星顯示器公司2023年10月31日向ITC提出京東方侵權的訴訟。ITC於7月11日裁定，對京東方的OLED螢幕實施為期14年8個月的有限排除令。

儘管最終裁決將於11月作出，但業內觀察人士表示，初步裁定不太可能被推翻。

相關人士亦稱，認為該裁決不會導致京東方在OLED領域的市場份額大幅下降，但稱裁決仍可能對採用中國OLED面板的成品造成負擔，並表示從長遠來看，韓國企業或會在美國OLED市場受益。
