天文台於早上上午7時50分發出黑色暴雨警告信號後，司法機構於7時59分宣布，由於黑色暴雨警告訊號已經發出，今日上午所有法院和審裁處聆訊會延期。司法機構又指，黑色暴雨警告訊號如在上午11時仍然生效，今日下午的聆訊亦會延期。

司法機構又指，法院／審裁處的登記處及辦事處會暫停辦公，並會在切實可行的情況下，盡快在黑色暴雨警告訊號取消後兩小時內重開。法庭使用者可如常透過綜合法院案件管理系統，使用個別法院／審裁處登記處已推行的電子服務。在登記處暫停辦公期間經綜合法院案件管理系統提交的任何文件將視作於登記處重開時收到。
