【打風／風球／天文台／hko／明天的天氣／移動路徑／楊柳／颱風】一號戒備信號仍然生效，天文台在今日（14日）上午5時22分發黃色暴雨警告信號，至6時35分改發紅色暴雨警告信號。教育局宣布，所有上午校及全日制學校的學生今日無需上課，但學校必須保持校舍開放，同時安排應變措施，照顧已返抵學校的學生。家長無需急於到校接子女回家。

教育局指出，如果香港天文台於上午10時30分或之前改發黃色暴雨警告信號或取消所有暴雨警告信號，除非另行通知，下午校今日將照常上課。
