CORRY — A Warren County man is facing a summary disorderly conduct charge after the Pennsylvania State Police accused him of yelling at and threatening Pennsylvania Department of Transportation employees at a construction zone in Warren County Aug. 11.

The charge had not been filed as of Aug. 12 against the 42-year-old Pittsfield man, who is accused of confronting PennDOT employees on the morning of Aug. 11 at Bull Hill Road and Route 958 in Freehold Township.

According to state police in Corry, troopers who were called to the area to investigate a reported disturbance were told the man, who was driving a white van, yelled and swore at a flagger at the beginning of the construction zone. The man then reportedly screamed at a work zone supervisor before stopping his van at the end of the construction zone, troopers reported.
