流浪漢涉在大角咀一幅國安公署徵用的「禁地」附近，損毀2張告示，被控刑事損壞罪，案件今（7日）在西九龍裁判法院再提訊，被告承認兩項罪名，裁判官接納精神科報告建議，判被告兩個月醫院令，及賠償維護國家安全公署20元。

被告張俊傑（42歲，無業），居無定所。他被控於2025年7月21日，在香港九龍大角咀連翔道與海輝道交界附近，無合法辯解而損壞屬於維護國家安全公署的兩張告示，意圖損壞該財產或罔顧該財產是否會被損壞。

被告早前被押到法院提堂時，控方曾透露警方在調查期間，發現浩精神有狀況，因此要求為被告索取精神科報告。
