　気象庁によると、3日午前9時の観測の結果、八丈島の東約100キロの海上で、熱帯低気圧が台風10号に変わった。東寄りに進み、日本に直接の影響はない見通し。

　台風10号は3日午前9時現在、八丈島の東を時速約30キロで北北東へ進んだ。中心気圧は996ヘクトパスカルで最大風速18メートル、最大瞬間風速25メートル。

　台風9号は3日、本州から東に遠ざかった。（共同）
