【財訊快報／記者劉居全報導】台股大盤今年高低點相差超過6,000點，大幅提高投資難度，台股ETF規模卻仍逆勢增加超過5,295億元。國泰投信總經理張雍川表示，全球局勢自川普當家後瞬息萬變，從中美貿易戰、全球供應鏈重組，到通膨壓力、利率變化等多空交雜，但對投資人來說既是挑戰也是機會，在不確定性高的期間該如何靈活投資更是重要投資課題，張雍川提到ETF包含多檔成分股，較能分散風險，可關注防禦性較佳的高股息ETF，如近期公告預估配息的國泰永續高股息(00878)持續是市場焦點，今年以來規模已增加669億元，或另一檔人氣市值型ETF，例如近期調整指數規則的國泰台灣領袖50(00922)，股價親民好存，兩檔合計規模增加超過800多億元，在台股逆風不斷下實屬難得。川普正式宣布最快下周針對晶片、半導體產業徵收100%左右的關稅，展現製造業回美決心，但在蘋果宣佈擴大投資後、激勵美股及台積電股價；對此張雍川表示，川普強調現行與預計在美設廠的企業，即便工廠尚未完工只要承諾在美生產都可以免除關稅，而台積電已有加大對美投資的計劃，更早在亞利桑那州設廠試產，未來有機會用於美國生產晶片以達成免稅條件。目前全球擁有N7以下晶代工產能的企業僅有台積電、三星與Intel，其中又以台積電市占率近7成居冠。台灣半導體科技國家隊的競爭力明顯優於他國，評估關稅影響有限，加上台廠大多都有在海外設廠，各業者已逐步因應，目前市場AI需求明確，相關產業至少有5-10年的向上趨勢，看好台鏈未來發展。 張雍川表示，市值型ETF已不再是年輕族的專屬，建議高齡化社會下，樂齡族群應也要適度配置成長性較高的投資部位，00922追蹤的MSCI台灣領袖50指數，即會排除「近4季EPS為負」、「低碳轉型分數落後」的成分股，不只看市值，也替投資人篩選出會賺錢、有跟上低碳轉型趨勢的台灣龍頭企業，00922的追蹤指數也與時俱進，近期MSCI指數公司發布指數調整資訊，放寬單一成分股30%之上限，預計將於8月下旬完成調整，由於台股大盤的台積電權重約 39%，而00922 含「積」量約佔31%，未來基金會配合指數調高護國神山台積電的比重，但也不會過度重壓，更能迎合市場需求。 00922基金規模今年以來成長超過6成，已達到339億元，且自成立以來規模、受益人及定期定額戶數皆有成長，國泰投信在今年年中主動調降經保費，幫助投資人減少投資成本，同時有助於提高國內外法人資金的進駐意願，保管費從 0.035% 降到 0.03%，而經理費的計算方式則改採「累進式調降」，當基金規模逐步成長後，收取的經理費用也將逐漸降低，更具長期投資價值。 國泰投信量化暨指數事業處主管陳郁仁也現場教戰ETF投資心法，建議一般投資人若想參與股市成長，投資就應該將目光放遠，比起操短線進出，選擇具有成長潛力的標的持續投入，能夠抱得住、抱得久會更重要，建議投資人善用持股相對均衡的市值型ETF混搭高股息ETF的投資策略，以全台受益人數居冠的00878來說，基金不過度追高帳面配息率，而是更注重填息表現，避免過度配發股息導致基金填息之路受阻、或是大幅降低股價後續成長的契機；00878在成分股篩選下鎖定MSCI ESG評級為BB(含)以上、近四季EPS需大於0，以確保公司具有獲利能力水準的高息股，並注重投資產業均衡，基金持有近3成的金融股、半導體及電腦族群各佔約2成，兼具成長及防禦性。 陳郁仁強調，00878周轉率偏低的原因，主要是不會透過大量換股的方式來提高帳面配息率，若是單次換股檔數過多，可能會造成基金成本徒增、費用率上升等隱患，其實也是投資的硬傷，也容易錯過投資個股關鍵行情以及填息的過程。陳郁仁補充，台股「市值型」與「高股息」的組合藉由兩種功能性不同的ETF打造進可攻、退可守組合，00878可作為投資組合的防守部位，00922則能提供資本利得的攻擊部位，適合看好台股的投資人積極入市。 View the full article

18歲男生趁繼母外出，9歲繼妹又稱怕黑，便到繼母房陪繼妹睡覺，涉乘機脫下二人褲子，在繼妹臀部磨擦及摸其胸，繼妹裝睡至母親回家揭發事件。男生早前在高等法院承認一項非禮罪，法官游德康今（7日）判刑時指，報告指被告隨父來港後有適應障礙，並有幻覺及幻聽的情況，他與人建立親密感有障礙而犯案。然而繼妹受事件影響，出現抑鬱等情況，需長期接受心理治療。游官指案件屬家庭悲劇，判被告入教導望減低其重犯風險，並特別改用廣東話勸被告不要放棄。 辯方求情指屬一次性事件現已20歲的被告PMS（無業）被控於2023年11月8日，在深水埗一單位非禮當時9歲的X。控方早前透露，被告原被控1項未經同意的肛交罪，後來獲撤控，為節省轉介案件時間，因此案件在高等法院處理。 辯方求情時指，本案屬一次性事件，認為判處被告教導所合適。 被告PMS在高等法院承認非禮9歲繼妹X，被判入教導所。(黃浩謙攝)事主事後出現自殘行為法官判刑時透露，被告於內地出生，於2014年隨父親來港定居。精神科報告指，被告來港後有適應問題，出現幻覺和幻聽，曾向精神科求醫，其後情況已改善，報告又指被告同人建立親密關係有障礙，自尊心亦低，重犯性罪行的機會偏低。而事主的創傷報告則指，她不明白案發時發生什麼事，事後出現自殘行為。 事後被告父亦搬離事主母親的單位游官指案情嚴重，被告獲繼母信任以照顧繼妹X，卻違反誠信，X本身患有專注力不足及過度活躍症，屬邊緣智障。這事後，被告父親已搬走，X有因而遭母親怪責，X在事件中仍受到創傷。 被告沒向X威迫利誘法官考慮被告案中沒有向X威迫利誘，也沒有使用暴力，案發時間相對較短，本案屬家庭悲劇，認為判被告教導所，可向他提供指引，減低其重犯的風險，因此判處被告教導所。 官著被告不要放棄自己游官判刑時使用英語，判刑後改以廣東話向被告說：「被告人，你唔可以放棄，OK？」游官又說，每個人都有挑戰，若未能解決，可尋求他人協助，相信心理輔導可以協助被告和X。 法官續指，若被告關心父親或他人，更應照顧自己。法官繼而向到旁的被告父親稱：「唔好放棄個仔」，亦著他好好照顧自己，避免令兒子擔心。 被告與X是同父異母的兄妹案情指，女童X及被告（案發時分別9和18歲）是同父異母的兄妹，兩人的父母均曾再婚，除女童及被告，被告另有2名兄弟，一家六口居於深水埗一單位。單位以窗簾分隔客廳和飯廳，母女睡一張床，被告4父子睡另一張床。 X母到便利店繳費被告乘機非禮事發當晚10時許，X母去了便利店繳費，她出門前吩咐被告叫X和幼子睡覺。X對被告稱她怕黑，被告便入了X的房間陪她。當X睡著後，被告反轉X的身體，令她趴在床上。被告之後除下二人的褲子，用陽具前後磨擦X的臀部約4分鐘，又摸X的乳房，X感到害怕而不敢作聲，假裝睡覺。被告其後再用陽具磨擦X的肛門附近。 X母回家發現房門反鎖揭發事件X母約1小時後回家，被告聽到開門聲急忙穿回褲子躲到房門後，並反鎖房門。X母最後開門，揭開被子發現X下身赤裸。被告承認摸X的私處，X母大怒斥責他。 被告初時因肛交罪被捕翌日父母帶被告到警署，被告就肛交罪被捕。他警誡下問警員：「阿sir，咩叫肛交？」他在錄影會面稱，他因性衝動犯案。醫療報告顯示，X的外陰及肛門檢查未發現異常，但她拒絕接受法醫檢查。 案件編號：HCCC 97/2025 男生磨9歲繼妹臀遭繼母揭發　被捕反問警甚麼叫肛交　認非禮候判患過度活躍青年認3度非禮6歲繼妹　官關注是否有心理問題押後判同母異父兄弟性侵表妹　官指欠指導下犯案判感化　著大人解決分歧同母異父兄弟涉姦表妹　辯方指事主曾問試唔試下　非法性交罪成孖生姊妹多番遭契哥非禮　向契媽投訴被斥抵你　契哥罪成囚3年半 View the full article
